Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which RentPro Albania (operated by Albionix, “we”, “us”) will refund subscription fees for the RentPro Albania platform (the “Service”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction using the original payment method.
2. Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial without entering payment details. No charges are made during the trial, so no refund is applicable. You may cancel the trial at any time with no fee.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We do not automatically prorate or refund partial months; however, specific refund rights apply as described below.
4. 14-day EU / UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the initial purchase of a paid subscription within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason. Because the Service is provided as digital content that begins immediately after checkout, this right is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You may nevertheless contact us to request a refund within this period; we will review on a case-by-case basis.
5. 30-day discretionary refund
If you are dissatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund of the initial subscription fee. This discretionary refund applies only once per Customer and only to the first paid month following the free trial. Renewals, additional months and upgrade charges are not covered.
6. Service failure
If the Service is materially unavailable or fails to perform for a prolonged period and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will provide a pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected billing period.
7. Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you were charged in error (for example duplicate charges or charges after cancellation), contact us with the transaction reference and we will issue a full refund after verification.
8. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund except where required by law:
- subscription months already elapsed or partially used;
- renewal charges after the first paid month;
- charges incurred more than 60 days before the refund request;
- accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service;
- custom professional services, training or integration work already performed.
9. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@rentproalbania.comwith the following information:
- the email address associated with your account;
- the invoice number or Paddle transaction reference;
- the reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically arrive in the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
10. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
11. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
