Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RentPro Albania software-as-a-service platform available at www.rentproalbania.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Albionix (“RentPro Albania”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

RentPro Albania is a web-based platform that enables rent-a-car operators to manage fleets, reservations, customers, invoicing (including VAT), payments and business reports. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription Plans, Fees and Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans and fees are listed on our pricing page. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) acting as Merchant of Record for all sales. Paddle will handle billing, tax calculation, payment collection and invoicing on our behalf. Your billing relationship is with Paddle; their buyer termsand privacy policyalso apply to the transaction.

All fees are stated in EUR (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes will take effect at your next renewal.

5. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial without entering payment details. At the end of the trial you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. No charges are made during the trial period. If you do not subscribe, your account will be downgraded or suspended.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid billing period and will not be charged again. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, including non-payment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy any part of the Service;
• resell, sublicense or use the Service to build a competing product;
• upload malware, spam or content that infringes third-party rights.

9. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and lawful processing of Customer Data, including personal data of your end customers. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including all related software, documentation and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of RentPro Albania and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example Google Sign-In, Paddle for payments, cloud hosting providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will attempt to provide reasonable advance notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentPro Albania, its affiliates and their respective officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your Customer Data or your use of the Service.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Tirana, Albania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
